Located just 2½ blocks from Main Street, you can easily stroll to Fredericksburg’s shops, restaurants, wineries and museums. This Creekside Cottage is perfect for a week-long vacation, weekend getaways, writer's retreat or house-hunting visits. The furnishings include several antique pieces from the Crenwelge family collection. The cottage features one bedroom, kitchen, living room, bath with claw foot tub/hand held shower. After you have had a long relaxing bath, curl up on the sofa and read a book or select a movie from our collection. This house is secluded with complete privacy.

Room Rates
These rates vary based on the time of year, so be sure to confirm the rates when making your reservations online.
Rates start at $159 per night. There is a minimum two night stay on a Friday or Saturday night. If the previous or following nights are booked, and there is only one night available on the calendar, then a one-night booking will be accepted. Please see "Reserve Now" screen (located at the top of this page) to receive a quote for your specific dates.
Breakfast is not provided.
In consideration of all of our guests, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the cottage, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Any damage to the cottage will be charged to you at the exact rate to repair or replace. Any additional cleaning, outside of the normal cleaning, will be charged at $75 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
