Rates
To book on-line, click on the Reserve Now button above. Select your dates to check availability and then select Lawrence's Llano River Haus. Rates start at $250 per night plus tax for up to eight (8) people. There is a two night minimum stay.
No Smoking.
In consideration of all of our guest, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthaus there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Any damage to the Guesthouse will be charged to you at the actual rate to repair or replace. Any additional cleaning outside of the normal cleaning will be charged at $75 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
