Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery and tranquility of the Maner Lodge. You will experience a wonderful encounter with wildlife such as the white tail deer or maybe even some Rio Grande turkeys. The cabin is located on a hilltop with an awesome view of the Texas Hill Country. The cabin is flavored with a Southwest Texas charm and hospitality. Maner Lodge sleeps five (5) people with a King sized bed located in the master bedroom and a twin and double bed in the second bedroom. It is located in beautiful Harper, TX about 30 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg.

2 night minimum stay if checking in on a Friday or Saturday, unless one or the other is already booked then 1 night is ok.
No Smoking.
In consideration of all of our guest, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthaus there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Any damage to the Guesthouse will be charged to you at the actual rate to repair or replace. Any additional cleaning outside of the normal cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
