Welcome to Maner Lodge, a peaceful Texas Hill Country retreat located in Harper, Texas, just 30 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Nestled on a scenic hilltop, this cozy lodge offers panoramic views, abundant wildlife, and authentic Southwest Texas hospitality. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the lodge comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and twin and double beds in the second bedroom. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, central heat and A/C, and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Step outside to the covered porch or enjoy a meal at the picnic tables under the Hill Country sky. Fire up the charcoal BBQ grill and take in the peaceful scenery that makes Harper a true hidden gem. Starting at $159/night (for two people)
$20/person/night extra (over two)
1 night stay ok if checking in on a Sunday-Thursday
2 night minimum stay if checking in on a Friday or Saturday, unless one or the other is already booked then 1 night is ok.
No Smoking.
In consideration of all of our guest, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthaus there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Any damage to the Guest House will be charged to you at the actual rate to repair or replace. Any additional cleaning outside of the normal cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour.

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
