In consideration of all of our guest, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthaus there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Any damage to the Guesthouse will be charged to you at the actual rate to repair or replace. Any additional cleaning outside of the normal cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
